Adopting a beautiful 12 week old kitten. Trying to buy a good self cleaning litter box. There are so many out there.

The Cat Genie will not work for me because i do not have room in my bathroom. I read a lot of reviews for the Litter Maid Elite Mega, but I from what I read it is quite noisy.

I am looking to purchase a self-cleaning litter box for a single cat. My school load is increasing and I just don’t want to come home to a smelly house on those days when i will be gone all day. I would love the Cat Genie but it is so large and I don’t have a ton of space. I would love to hear suggestions from people who own them. Tell me as much as you can about your unit. Thanks!!
I don’t have space for a Cat Genie at ALL. They have to be near a water hookup and I don’t have room in my bathroom for it. I did say that was what I wanted but it’s too big to fit.

Price does not matter, I’m just so sick of the litter box! I have 2 cat’s and the litter box is always smelly no matter how much I try to keep up with cleaning it, plus it makes me gag and run out of the room. Has anyone tried the "litterhouse" or "the cat genie" or any other good ones?
